The Constitution of the Contemporary Irish Art Society
The Constitution (Memorandum and Articles of Association) sets out the objectives, governance, and rules for the Contemporary Irish Art Society.
The current Constitution was incorporated on 27 August 1985 under the Companies Acts, 1963 to 1983.

About the Constitution
The Constitution provides the framework for the Society’s purpose, membership, general meetings, the Council, and the powers and duties of officers and members.
It ensures that CIAS is managed in accordance with the Companies Act and our charitable objectives.
